St. Luke’s is a proud annual sponsor of Come Out With Pride Orlando. Over the years, church ambassadors have enjoyed making new friends at the St. Luke’s booth and sharing God’s love by participating in the parade. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the diversity and beauty of LGBTQ+ identities. By attending, we honor the courage it takes to live authentically and embrace who we are. Our support at Pride events sends a strong message to our LGBTQ+ friends that they are seen, valued, beloved, and accepted. Being an ally means standing with them, not just in private, but publicly, to help create a more inclusive world.

St. Luke’s values acceptance and affirms that all persons are beloved children of God and as such have sacred worth. Members of the LGBTQ+ community are a vital part of the St. Luke’s family serving in numerous leadership roles that support the ministries of the church.
