Executive Membership Administrator (Full-Time)

Position: Executive Membership Administrator
Hours: Full-Time

St. Luke’s United Methodist Church is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Membership Administrator to join our team. This vital role provides administrative support to our Executive Leadership Team, oversees church membership records, and manages the Realm database, ensuring our mission and ministries run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Pastor and Executive Team with calendar management, correspondence, and logistics.
Maintain accurate church membership records and manage membership transitions.
Oversee the Realm database and train staff in its use.
Coordinate leadership meetings, retreats, and events.
Collaborate with ministry teams to track progress on church goals.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in database management (experience with Realm preferred).
Exceptional communication and attention to detail.
Passionate about supporting ministry and fostering connections within the church.
