Have you heard about Circles Winter Garden?
Circles is working to end poverty in our community by building intentional relationships across income lines. While middle- and high-income families enjoy networks of support through their jobs, schools, and neighborhoods, families living in poverty rarely develop such contacts. Many who live in poverty are hardworking and motivated, so when a circle of support forms around them, encouragement is offered, contacts are shared, and the fears that keep people in poverty start to disappear. Learn more and get involved at st.lukes.org/circles.
Do you feel stuck? Do you want a better job?
Do you want to improve yourself and achieve your goals?
Circles Winter Garden helps local families become financially stable with a unique approach. You’ll receive training on finances, employment, health, and communication skills. But what really makes Circles different are the relationships you’ll form. You’ll be matched with two middle- or upper-income volunteers, because getting out of poverty is easier when you have a circle of support. We’re recruiting participants now! Learn more at st.lukes.org/circles.
