Looking for a fun way to serve others and meet new people? St. Luke’s Caring Kitchen ministry is just the ministry for you! We meet on the first Thursday of each month (no meetings in July or December) in the Building C kitchen from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. We prep healthy frozen crockpot meals for St. Lukers who may be recovering from surgery, dealing with a chronic illness, going through cancer/other treatments, have a new baby, etc.
Caring Kitchen is a multi-generational ministry. Adults and children age 12+ are welcome. Those interested need to register beforehand, wear closed toe shoes and bring a sharp knife and an apron if you have them. No experience is required – just a compassionate heart and a passion for cooking and caring!
Our next meeting date is Thursday, November 7. We will not meet in October. Spots fill up fast so please register now. We have space for only ten volunteers plus the leadership team.

Do you know a St. Luker, neighbor or co-worker who would benefit from a crockpot meal at this time? If so, please email or call the Care office at 407.876.4991 ext. 262 to arrange for a meal to be picked up or delivered.
